I recorded a video today to show you the best way to get out of bed (or off the Chiropractic or Massage table) to avoid low back strain.  This is also a great technique for you if you are pregnant, which, in this video I happen to be 🙂
Please use this technique when you wake up in the morning and next time you are in the office to avoid irritating your low back after your awesome adjustment or massage.
